PRODUCT OVERVIEW
FRP/GRP Pultruded Gratings are manufactured using high-quality pultruded profiles available in “I” Bar, “T” Bar, and Heavy-Duty High-Load Bar configurations. These gratings are produced using premium Isophthalic Polyester or Vinyl Ester resins to provide exceptional corrosion resistance and superior mechanical strength.
The panels are mechanically assembled and chemically bonded, ensuring excellent structural integrity, durability, and long-term performance in demanding industrial environments.
Manufacturing Process
01
Pultrusion is a continuous manufacturing process in which continuous glass fiber rovings, multidirectional glass mats, and synthetic surface veils are simultaneously pulled through a polyester or vinyl ester resin bath.
02
The resin-saturated reinforcements are then pulled through a heated steel die, where they are shaped and cured to form strong, lightweight composite profiles with precise dimensions.
03
This process ensures a high glass-to-resin ratio, resulting in outstanding mechanical properties and consistent product quality.
